  • Pet-Centric Care: Prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of all pets across services provided via the app.
  • Accessibility: Deliver seamless access to veterinary, grooming, training, and emergency services.
  • Transparency: Ensure all pricing, provider information, and service details are clearly communicated to users.
  • Compliance: Adhere to Indian veterinary regulations and digital commerce standards.
  • Empowerment: Support skill development and job creation through training and certification programs.
  • Eligibility: Users must be 18 years or older to register and use Compet Care services.
  • Account Management: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Service Usage: App users agree to use the platform for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable Indian animal welfare laws.
  • Onboarding: All veterinarians, groomers, sitters, and clinics must undergo verification, including license validation and background checks.
  • Quality Standards: Providers must maintain a minimum service quality rating and adhere to Compet Care’s pet care guidelines.
  • Commission Structure: Compet Care earns 20–30% commission on paid services. Providers agree to this model upon onboarding.
  • Availability: Emergency services must be available 24/7 in supported cities.
  • Response Time: Partners are expected to maintain response standards for urgent care requests.
  • Teleconsultation: Online video consultations must comply with guidelines set by Indian veterinary authorities.
  • Grooming Courses: Paid online and in-person grooming and pet care courses will be provided to registered users.
  • Certification: Participants completing training will receive Compet Care-endorsed certificates to enhance employability.
  • Product Listings: All pet products must meet safety and regulatory standards.
  • Payment Security: The app integrates secure payment gateways. Refunds and returns will follow industry norms.
  • Delivery: Delivery timelines and service availability depend on local partner logistics.
  • Adoption Process: Verified listings and owner background checks are mandatory to prevent unethical pet handling.
  • Care Home Bookings: All temporary stays must be booked with valid health documents of pets and follow hygiene protocols.
  • Partners: Only IRDAI-registered insurance providers will be listed.
  • Assistance: Compet Care facilitates, but does not issue, pet insurance. All liabilities remain with the insurance company.
  • User Data: Personal and pet information is securely stored and used only for service delivery, as per India’s IT Act and upcoming Digital Personal Data Protection Bill.
  • Third Parties: No personal data is shared without explicit consent.
  • Monthly Subscription Fees: Users opting for premium services must pay subscription fees as per app listings.
  • Appointment Fees: Vet consultation fees range between ₹1500–₹2000 per session.
  • Franchise & Investment: Partners may invest between ₹5–₹10 lakhs to operate under the Compet Care franchise model.
  • User Support: A dedicated support team is available via chat, call, or email for all service-related queries.
  • Disputes: Any disputes shall be governed under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, India.
