At Compet Care, we are committed to delivering your pet care products safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver products across India.
π¦ 1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to most major cities and towns across India, including but not limited to:
- Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad
- Tier 1, Tier 2, and selected Tier 3 cities
Note: Serviceability in remote or rural areas may vary depending on courier availability.
π 2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 24β48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST may be processed on the next working day.
- In case of high demand or special sales, processing times may be slightly delayed.

- Standard Shipping: βΉ49 for orders below βΉ999
- Free Shipping: On all orders above βΉ999
- Express Delivery (if available): Additional charges may apply and will be shown at checkout
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
π¦ 5. Packaging and Safety
- All products are packed using tamper-proof and eco-friendly packaging
- Fragile items are cushioned with bubble wrap or foam for extra protection
- Sealed, hygienic packing for food, grooming, and health products

- Once your order is shipped, youβll receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or app notification
- You can also track your order under My Orders in the Compet Care app
π 7. Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately based on availability or warehouse location. You will be notified accordingly.
π¦ 8. Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
- Our courier partner will attempt up to 3 times
- If still undelivered, the package will be returned to our warehouse
- In such cases, we will contact you to reattempt or process a refund (minus any applicable shipping charges)
π 9. Address Changes
To modify your shipping address:
- Contact our customer support within 6 hours of placing the order
- Once dispatched, address changes cannot be made
β 10. Delays & Force Majeure
Compet Care is not liable for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, or transport disruptions
- Courier company delays
- Inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the user
We will, however, keep you updated and assist you in tracking your package.
