We currently deliver to most major cities and towns across India, including but not limited to:

  • Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad
  • Tier 1, Tier 2, and selected Tier 3 cities

Note: Serviceability in remote or rural areas may vary depending on courier availability.

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST may be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of high demand or special sales, processing times may be slightly delayed.

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above β‚Ή999
  • Express Delivery (if available): Additional charges may apply and will be shown at checkout

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

  • All products are packed using tamper-proof and eco-friendly packaging
  • Fragile items are cushioned with bubble wrap or foam for extra protection
  • Sealed, hygienic packing for food, grooming, and health products

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or app notification
  • You can also track your order under My Orders in the Compet Care app

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately based on availability or warehouse location. You will be notified accordingly.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • Our courier partner will attempt up to 3 times
  • If still undelivered, the package will be returned to our warehouse
  • In such cases, we will contact you to reattempt or process a refund (minus any applicable shipping charges)

To modify your shipping address:

  • Contact our customer support within 6 hours of placing the order
  • Once dispatched, address changes cannot be made

❗ 10. Delays & Force Majeure

Compet Care is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, or transport disruptions
  • Courier company delays
  • Inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the user

We will, however, keep you updated and assist you in tracking your package.
