At Compet Care, we understand that plans can change. Whether you’re ordering a product, booking a grooming session, or scheduling a vet consultation, we aim to offer a fair and flexible cancellation policy to support our users.

πŸ“¦ 1. Order Cancellation – Pet Products

βœ… Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by visiting the My Orders section in the Compet Care app.
  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method or wallet within 5–7 working days.

❌ Cancellation After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our warehouse.
  • You may initiate a return after delivery if the item is eligible under our Return Policy.

🐾 2. Service Appointment Cancellations

🐢 Grooming, Sitting, or Pet Training Services

  • Free cancellation if requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
  • 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 12 hours of the appointment.
  • No refund for no-shows or cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment.

πŸ₯ Vet Consultations (Online/Offline)

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 6 hours prior to the consultation.
  • 25% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 6 hours before.
  • No refund if the consultation is missed or cancelled at the last minute.

πŸŽ“ 3. Cancellation of Training Sessions

  • Online pet grooming or professional training sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the class for a full refund.
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 24 and 6 hours before the session.
  • No cancellation or refund for sessions cancelled within 6 hours or after the session begins.

πŸ” 4. How to Cancel

  • Open the Compet Care App
  • Go to My Orders / My Appointments
  • Select the item or session
  • Click Cancel and choose your reason
  • Confirm your request

A confirmation message will be sent via email/app once the cancellation is processed.


πŸ’Έ 5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days of approval.
  • Actual credit to the account may take 5–7 business days, depending on your payment method or bank.
  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

⚠️ 6. Exceptions & Notes

  • Repeated cancellations or misuse of the policy may lead to account suspension or restricted access.
  • Compet Care reserves the right to cancel orders or appointments due to:
    • Unavailability of product/service
    • Pricing or technical errors
    • Violations of our Terms of Use

Users will be notified in such cases and refunded accordingly.
