2. User Guidelines
- Users must be 18+ to register.
- Personal and pet data must be accurate and updated.
- All activity must comply with Indian laws and animal welfare regulations.
3. Service Provider Terms
- Only verified vets, groomers, and clinics may offer services.
- Providers must maintain quality, hygiene, and timely responses.
- Compet Care earns 20–30% commission on paid services.
4. App Features
- Vet consultations (video & in-person)
- Grooming & pet sitting bookings
- Pet adoption listings
- E-commerce for pet products
- Online training for groomers
- Emergency helpline and care home services
- Insurance assistance via licensed partners
5. Payments & Revenue
- Vet appointment fees range from ₹1500–₹2000.
- Subscription plans available for enhanced features.
- All payments are processed securely through trusted gateways.
- No registration fee for users; franchise options available for business partners.
6. Data Privacy
Your personal data is securely stored and used only to enhance your experience. We comply with the IT Act and evolving data protection regulations in India.
7. Dispute Resolution
For any disputes, Compet Care will work with users and providers to resolve concerns amicably. Legal jurisdiction lies in Mumbai, India.
8. Updates
Policies are subject to change. Users will be notified through the app or email in advance of any major updates.
