At Compet Care, we prioritize your satisfaction and your pet’s well-being. Our Return & Exchange Policy outlines clear guidelines for returning or exchanging pet products purchased through the Compet Care app or website.

πŸ›οΈ 1. Eligible Products

We accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Unused and unopened pet grooming tools (combs, brushes, trimmers, etc.)
  • Pet accessories (leashes, collars, bowls, etc.)
  • Apparel (if unused and in original packaging)
  • Packaged food and treats (only if sealed and not expired)
  • Toys (not chewed, broken, or soiled)

🚫 2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Perishable goods (wet food, fresh treats)
  • Opened or used food packets
  • Medicines and supplements
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Services (vet appointments, training, grooming)
  • Digital courses or training sessions once accessed
  • Gift cards and coupons

⏳ 3. Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of product delivery.
  • For defective or damaged products, the request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original packaging, tags, and invoices
  • Not damaged by user or pet
  • Returned using a reliable courier (in applicable cases)

  1. Go to My Orders in the Compet Care app
  2. Select the item and tap Request Return/Exchange
  3. Upload photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
  4. Choose the reason and submit the request
  5. Our team will contact you within 48 hours with the next steps

🚚 6. Pickup & Reverse Logistics

  • We provide free reverse pickup in select cities
  • In areas without pickup service, the user may need to courier the item to our return center
  • Shipping charges for return may apply if return reason is not seller-related (e.g., changed mind)

πŸ’Έ 7. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated within 7 working days after the returned item passes quality check
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as Compet Care wallet credit, as preferred
  • In case of COD orders, refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after user verification

πŸ” 8. Exchange Policy

  • Product exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color, if in stock
  • If not available, a refund or wallet credit may be issued instead

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us via the app or email within 48 hours
  • Share clear photos and order details
  • A replacement or full refund will be issued after verification

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable Indian e-commerce rules. Compet Care reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
