Compet Care is committed to maintaining a high-quality, trusted network of veterinary service providers, groomers, sitters, product sellers, trainers, and other pet-care vendors. This Vendor Management Policy outlines the standards, procedures, and expectations for all vendors partnering with Compet Care.

πŸ”“ 1. Vendor Onboarding Policy

βœ… Free Onboarding

  • Vendor registration and account creation on the Compet Care platform are 100% free of cost.
  • Compet Care does not charge any setup or onboarding fee for vendors joining the ecosystem.

πŸ“ƒ 2. KYC (Know Your Customer) & Document Requirements

All vendors must complete a one-time KYC process before approval on the platform. Documents may vary slightly based on the nature of the vendor, but typically include:

For All Vendors:

  • PAN Card (Personal or Business)
  • Aadhar Card or Business Registration Certificate
  • Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook Copy
  • GST Certificate (if applicable)
  • Business Address Proof (Utility Bill/Lease Agreement)
  • Professional License (for veterinarians, clinics, trainers)
  • Photograph & Signature of Authorized Person

All documents must be submitted digitally via the Compet Care app or partner portal and will be verified within 2–3 working days.


πŸ’Ό 3. Agreement & Code of Conduct

Upon successful onboarding, vendors are required to digitally agree to Compet Care’s Vendor Terms & Conditions, which include:

  • Adherence to quality standards and ethical business practices
  • Timely delivery of services/products
  • Maintaining professionalism with pet owners and users
  • Prompt communication and order/appointment handling
  • Abiding by cancellation/refund policies as set by Compet Care

Vendors found in violation may face penalties, temporary suspensions, or permanent delisting.


πŸ’Έ 4. Commission & Lead Generation Module

Compet Care earns revenue through a Lead Generation & Commission Model and offers transparent commission structures to vendors.

A. Service-Based Commission (Vet, Groomers, Trainers, Sitters)

  • 20–30% commission is applicable on completed appointments generated through Compet Care.
  • Commission is auto-deducted before vendor payout.
  • No commission is charged on leads that are not converted.

B. Product-Based Commission

  • Commission ranges from 10–25% based on product category and sales volume.
  • Vendors receive regular sales and commission reports via the dashboard.

C. Lead Management

  • All vendor leads are tracked via a centralized dashboard.
  • Compet Care ensures only verified, quality leads are passed to vendors.
  • Leads include appointment bookings, product orders, training queries, etc.

In the future, Compet Care may introduce a premium subscription module for enhanced vendor visibility and tools. These may include:

  • Payouts to vendors are processed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, based on confirmed transactions.
  • Vendors must maintain an active bank account with proper KYC for timely disbursal.
  • Reports of all completed orders, commissions, and earnings will be accessible via the vendor dashboard.

❌ 7. Suspension and Termination Policy

Vendor accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended in cases of:

  • Consistent negative user feedback
  • Breach of policy or falsification of KYC documents
  • Unethical behaviour or refusal to comply with platform standards
  • Repeated service delays or cancellations without justification

All vendors will receive a warning notice and the opportunity to respond before action is taken.
