Subscription and Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Policy
At CompetCare, we offer flexible subscription plans to ensure seamless access to our premium pet care services, including veterinary consultations, grooming appointments, emergency care, and more.
Subscription Tiers
- Basic (Free)
- Access to marketplace, pet adoption, and limited services.
- Standard (₹199/month)
- Includes access to video consultations, appointment booking, grooming services, and pet profile management.
- Premium (₹499/month)
- Includes all Standard features + priority booking, emergency helpline access, training programs, and insurance support.
Note: Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscription benefits are non-transferable.
Billing & Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on user selection at the time of purchase.
- All paid subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user.
- Users will receive a reminder notification 3 days prior to renewal.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment modes:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePay, etc.)
- Credit/Debit Cards
- PayPal (for international users)
- Net Banking
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that flexibility is important. Here’s how you can manage your subscription:
Cancellation
- Users can cancel their subscription anytime through their “My Profile” section in the CompetCare app or website.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- After cancellation, you will retain access to subscription features until the billing period ends.
Refunds
- No refunds are issued for the remaining period of a billing cycle after cancellation.
- However, if you experience a technical issue or an unauthorized charge, please contact our support team within 7 days at:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Changes to the Policy
CompetCare reserves the right to update or modify this Subscription and Cancellation Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
